Kroh Exploration / Strategic Partnerships

Built on Strong Partnerships.

Bringing together capital, operating experience, and local knowledge to create lasting value in oil and gas.

Our Approach

The Right People. The Right Capabilities.

Strong partnerships have always been central to how Kroh Exploration grows.

We work with experienced operators and industry partners who know their markets, understand their assets, and have the resources to get work done. Our role is to help connect that experience with capital, acquisition opportunities, and a disciplined approach to growth.

Our partnership with Kenosis Operating Company is a clear example of that model.

The People Behind the Partnership

Louisiana Roots. Shared Commitment.

Kenosis brings together three organizations with complementary strengths. Two of those relationships are especially important to its Louisiana operating foundation.

Operating Strength on the Gulf Coast

Mike and Beau Blake bring generations of Gulf Coast experience and a network of affiliated oilfield, marine, fabrication, and environmental service companies. That network gives Kenosis access to the equipment, crews, facilities, and practical expertise required for complex field operations.

The Moncla Organization

Deep Knowledge of South Louisiana

Matt Moncla and the Moncla organization contribute longstanding Louisiana relationships, drilling and workover experience, and a detailed understanding of the region. Moncla helped connect Kroh with the former Extex asset opportunity that became Kenosis' first major acquisition.

Kroh's Role

Capital and Execution, Working Together.

Kroh Exploration contributes acquisition and transaction experience, capital formation, and a track record of developing oil and gas opportunities.

Working alongside the Blake and Moncla organizations, Kroh helped advance the former Extex acquisition and establish the joint-venture structure behind Kenosis. The result is a partnership built around complementary capabilities rather than overlapping roles.

One shared objective: long-term asset performance.
